2024 Summer Technical Internship Opportunity

As a Technical Intern, you will be placed in one of our various agencies, working under the supervision of a subject matter expert or Department Supervisor, and assisting in performing work aligned with one of the following tracks: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, IT Help Desk, Technical Operations, Graphic Design, Web Development, Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Project Management, or Technical System Analysis.
Our ideal candidate is a current student or recent graduate pursuing a certificate, licensure, or degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of engineering concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize critical technical issues. Our hybrid workplace model provides flexibility, with a balance of on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities
Assist in performing work aligned with one of the specified technical tracks
Conduct basic documentation and reporting as needed
Provide basic end-user support to prevent stakeholder service delays
Field work and interact with customers
Prioritize critical technical issues based on stakeholder needs and impact on business needs
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
Requirements
Current enrollment in an accredited college program or recent graduate (within 1 year of completion)
None
Education and Experience Equivalency: No substitution of experience for education is permitted
Licensure and certifications: By position
