Position Overview: As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist at VocoVision, you will have the privilege of working from your own home, providing essential support to K-12 students. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering virtual therapy sessions. We're seeking candidates who are dedicated to improving students' communication skills, possess exceptional assessment abilities, and have experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
• Assessment Excellence: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and individual student needs.
• Virtual Therapy: Deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to students, focusing on speech and language goals.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
• Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment results, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:
• Educational Qualifications: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a valid IL SLP state license.
• Experience Matters: Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with expertise in assessments and developing IEPs.
• Passion for Helping Others: Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
• Tech Savvy: Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
