$19-$21 Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Must be Licensed with valid NPN #)
RemX is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Agents for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and all equipment will be shipped out after the 1st week of training.
Training Dates: 9/3 and 9/16

Position: Direct Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-9pm EST (This is subject to change, based on end client. Must be flexible during AEP to work nights and weekends as needed)
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-7pm Est
Pay: $19-$21 an hr (Based on experience)
Job Requirements:
You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare.
Licensed Health Sales Agents will provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
The candidate will need to be a team player.
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
Handle Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.
Qualifications:
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet access (>15 mbps) - *NO SATELLITE MUST BE FIBER CABLE OR DSL
Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience, and must have supported a minimum of 2 AEP seasons in the past
Must be able to get releases from all carriers/uplines prior to start
Must have a workspace that meets HIPAA guidelines (Must have a door to close if other people are in hearing distance)
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy
AHIP Certification is a huge plus

Our client can keep you on after AEP. It will just be harder for you to sell, as you will be expected to perform during AEP to keep your position after.
Training Details:
Must have a laptop or computer device on Week-1 to join Video Zoom training
You will be shipped equipment for Week-2
Must be on camera for the entirety of training (Cannot use a digital/AI background. Background of camera must be clear or blurred.)
Training hours are Mon-Fri 11am-7pm Est
No time off during training
Incentives:
$10 for every enrollment incurred
$5 at the time of enrollment and the other $5 paid out once the upline is paid
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2-3 years of solid Healthcare sales experience (held to tight metrics)
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
Must be licensed in a minimum of 5 states
Must have supported 2 AEP seasons in the past
Must have sold from a minimum of 3 of the major carriers such as Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, Humana, or UHC
AHIP Certification is a plus! (Not Required)
Internet/Computer Requirements:
Our client provides equipment
Must be able to directly hardwire from modem to the computer (Wireless Is Not Permitted)
Must have high speed and reliable internet (Must have DSL or Fiber Cable, cannot have Satellite
