Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment.
Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; relevant customer service or call center experience is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally within the healthcare sector.
