Hours: must be flexible to work from 8am - 11pm
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location - remote but must pick up equipment in Plantation, FL
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Inbound calls only
Ā Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Ā Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Ā Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
Ā 6 months of customer service experience with the same company
Ā High School diploma
Ā Goal-driven and detail oriented
