Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Insurance Specialist to accompany their remote team!
Position: Medical Insurance Specialist (Subject Matter expert)
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)

Start Date: Mid-October 2024
Job Details
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Ā Will be assisting with new hires.
Ā Develop and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā High Speed Internet with Modem access.
