- Update patient data accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry using computer skills
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain pharmacy certification
- Ability to work from home with an active internet connection
- Strong multi-tasking skills and proficiency in using dual monitors
- Positive work attitude and willingness to assist others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical call center setting is a plus but not required
