Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. Projected Start Date: 9/22 GA RESIDENTS ONLY! Job Details: Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient Provide excellent customer service and patient support. Verify insurance and patient information. Answer inbound calls and assist patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Great written and verbal skills. No time off allowed the first 90 days. Ability to multi-task and use of dual monitors.
