Must have Pega CDH experience. Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cutting-edge initiatives in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, and experience working on Pega CDH projects. This needs to be highlighted throughout the resumes and candidates must be able to talk about this during the interview. Key Responsibilities Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on Pega CDH Projects Guide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate team communication, and foster a collaborative environment. Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and promote alignment. Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization. Utilize metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to provide transparency and improve delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong background in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences). Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.). Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
