Job Description:
Can be fully remote. Preference to have candidate local to Alpharetta, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, or California MS offices.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience of the ELK Stack: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana. Good to have Ruby and/or Python, GIT and ETL Knowledge Candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining and supporting Elasticsearch cluster.
2. Creating cluster from the scratch
3. Decommissioning and Recommissioning servers
4. Analyzing , troubleshooting the issues with the clusters.
5. Working with the Elastic Stack.
6. Evaluating existing Elastic clusters, configuration parameters, indexing... security and administration.
7. Maintaining appropriate infrastructure to maintain performance and data integrity.
8. Keeping Elasticsearch clusters upgraded.
9. Following the best practices
10. Ensuring appropriate monitoring & alerting of Elasticsearch
11. Understanding of Networking to support the network related pipelines
Soft Skills
1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Good team player.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
