Our propensity to nurture and build strong relationships with our clients helps us better understand their business demands and gives us the ability to provide services that are on time and rise above the rest. 100% Remote Clinical Data Analyst with Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SQL Server and EHR Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in Insurance / claims with healthcare data analytics or business intelligence. • Proven ability to work directly with executives and senior managers, delivering presentations and reports to non-technical audiences. • Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.). • Solid SQL skills and comfort working with healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, operational, and financial datasets). SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server. • Expert with Python • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision makers. • Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare operations, performance metrics, and quality measures. • Strong front-end analytics and visualization skills and Microsoft Stack technical expertese • Strategic partnership with business & clinical leaders • Data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance • Clinical quality, financial performance, operational efficiency • 100% data-focused role • Claims + insurance + EMR/EHR data • Experience with dashboards, scorecards, and insights translation Apply tot his job
