As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the voice of care and clarity. Key Responsibilities • Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion • Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving Qualifications • 2+ years of call center experience • Bilingual required: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese • Health plan experience preferred Role Details • Type: Contract • Duration: 3 months • Workplace: 100% Remote (must reside in TX) • Requirements: Reliable WiFi and home-office setup Ready to make a difference in members’ lives?
