Zuora Consultant/Developer
Enterprise client
We are looking for a Zuora Consultant/Developer to join our team for a large Enterprise client.
The resource would be working on the following:
- Zuora Cloud subscription billing platform
- Billing, Payment and Revenue Management
- Admin and User management in Zuora
- Workflow Development and Design - via API callouts, as scheduled, or manually
- Reviewing change documents
- Help with workflows
- Developing, designing and testing workflows
- Reviewing change control documents related to pushing email templates, invoice templates, and access requests
- Handling security requests and granting access (dev, test, prod)
- Updating custom fields, adding to the catalog, setting up multi org
This resource will be focused on product Catalog (rate plans), Revenue (Rev Pro), Workflows (Dev, Design), Security, Notifications, and Invoice Templates.
Skillset Required:
- Billing knowledge in general
- 3 + years of experience (Mid level): should know enough to navigate and have used Zuora previously
- Zuora UI Knowledge
Nice to have skills:
- Have experience in the HR System
- Liquid Template knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills are a must
