Zoho ERP Customization ā Inventory Transfers, UPS Label Integration, and Reporting - Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced Zoho ERP developer to customize our ERP system with the following requirements:
Key Customizations Needed:
Inventory Transfers Between Warehouses
Ability to create warehouse-to-warehouse transfer orders directly within Zoho ERP.
UPS Label Creation Integration
When creating a transfer, automatically generate a UPS shipping label from within the system.
Ensure labels are saved and linked to the corresponding transfer record.
Custom Fields & Automations
Add specific custom fields needed for transfers and logistics tracking.
Configure workflows for smooth handling of partial shipments and adjustments.
Reporting
Custom reports for:
Pending/partial shipments
Transfer history and costs
Monthly reports on all partial shipments and their costs
Warehouse-level inventory movement
Ideal Candidate:
Strong expertise in Zoho ERP (Zoho Inventory/Zoho Creator/Zoho Books integrations).
Proven experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and custom API integrations.
Familiarity with logistics/shipping APIs (UPS, FedEx, or similar).
Ability to design and implement custom reports in Zoho Analytics.
Deliverables:
Fully functional warehouse transfer process inside Zoho ERP.
Automatic UPS label generation linked to transfers.
Custom reports, including monthly partial shipment and cost reporting.
Documentation and training for our internal team.
