Zoho Books–Trained Bookkeeper (Part-Time, Entry Level, Reporting to Fractional CFO)
I’m a Fractional CFO looking for a Zoho Books–trained bookkeeper to support an active client engagement. This role is very execution-focused and will report directly to me. The primary responsibility is transaction cleanup and reconciliation in Zoho Books. I’ll provide structure, guidance, and review — I need someone who can follow instructions carefully, work cleanly, and flag issues rather than guess. Responsibilities: Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Zoho Books Review and properly categorize transactions Identify missing, duplicate, or questionable entries Maintain clean, audit-ready records Communicate clearly on open items or questions Requirements: Hands-on experience using Zoho Books (not just Zoho CRM or Zoho Invoice) Comfortable with bank and credit card reconciliations Detail-oriented and responsive Able to follow defined processes and timelines Nice to Have: Prior bookkeeping support role Experience working under a CFO or controller Familiarity with month-end close concepts Compensation & Scope: $15/hour to start Part-time, with potential to increase hours and rate based on performance Ongoing work likely for the right fit Apply tot his job
