The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Support licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises.
Manage all outbound and inbound calls with excellent customer service.

Requirements
