Job description: Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer to support a government program located in Baltimore, MD. with the ability to work fully remote. The Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer will be interviewed with the modernization of agencies personnel system that administer leave, benefits and core human resource functions.

Responsibilities for Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer:

· Work with project teams and client stakeholders

· Implement solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Cloud Configurations

· Configure business rules and benefits programs, plans, deductions into Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Module

Qualifications for Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer:

· 10+ years' experience required

· Expert in Oracle HCM Cloud

· Must have experience with HDLs, OTBI, HCM Extract and BI Publisher

· Must have Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion experience

· Must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Compensation for Oracle Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer:

· Salary is based on years of experience

· Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Federal Holidays, 401k provided through ADP, ability to work fully remote

Work Authorization: Per Government customer guidelines, candidates must be a US Citizen
