What You’ll Be Working On
- Long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes)
- Short-form content (Reels / Shorts – optional but a plus)
- Content viewed by millions of people
A fast-growing personal brand in the ADHD / productivity space
What We Need (This Is Key)
We are specifically looking for someone who understands:
Retention editing (VERY important)
Fast pacing without overwhelming the viewer
Visual storytelling (not just cutting clips). We have a library of over 2TB high quality b-roll ready to go.
Editing for watch time, not aesthetics
You should be comfortable using:
Jump cuts, zooms, motion graphics
B-roll, memes, overlays, subtitles
Sound design that enhances engagement
Strategic pacing (slowing down vs speeding up intentionally)
Ideal Candidate
Has edited for YouTube creators (REQUIRED)
Bonus if you’ve worked in:
- ADHD / self-improvement / education content
- Alex Hormozi / Iman Gadzhi / Ali Abdaal style content
- Understands YouTube retention curves
- Thinks like a content strategist, not just an editor
- Brings ideas, not just execution
