YouTube Scriptwriter & Researcher (AI / E-commerce / Business Niche)

I am looking for a world-class Hybrid Scriptwriter and Researcher to help scale my YouTube channel (@ecomwithgeorge) and Instagram presence. We specialize in AI Brand Arbitrage—a sophisticated business model that moves beyond traditional dropshipping. We don't just make "videos"; we build authority. I need someone who can find "Alpha" (unique insights, new AI tools, and data-backed case studies) and turn them into high-retention scripts. Key Responsibilities: Deep Research: Find unique angles, AI workflows, and e-commerce case studies that haven't been covered by every other "biz-op" creator. Retention Scripting: Write scripts using the "Hook-Value-Loop" framework. Your goal is to keep viewers engaged for 10+ minutes. Multi-Platform Thinking: For every long-form script, you will identify 2-3 "Viral Hooks" that can be extracted for Instagram Reels. Visual Storytelling: Include "B-Roll" and on-screen graphic suggestions in the script to guide my editor. Who You Are: You understand the YouTube algorithm (CTR, AVD, and Psychology). You are familiar with the E-commerce/Shopify/AI landscape. You can write in a voice that is direct, authoritative, and "no-fluff." The Hiring Process (Paid Test): I am not looking for a generalist.
