Develop and launch three distinct websites, fully designed in Figma, for our key projects: Autheo, GO WFO, and Launch Legends.
Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

The Opportunity
Role Overview: YouTube Manager
We're seeking a creative and data-driven YouTube Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Autheo and GO WFO. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube channels, increasing video views, and boosting audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web3/blockchain, content creation platforms, and the extreme sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough keyword research, trend analysis and competitor research to develop a comprehensive content plan aligned with broader marketing goals and messaging.
Manage the content calendar, uploading and scheduling.
Collaborate with content writer and video production teams to produce high-quality, engaging videos that align with YouTube SEO best practices and will drive channel growth.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and click-through rate (CTR) improvements.
Regularly conduct keyword research to ensure videos are targeting relevant and high-traffic search queries.
Experiment with video metadata, playlists, and scheduling to enhance discoverability and audience retention.
Analyze YouTube analytics to track video performance, audience demographics, and viewer behavior, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Work alongside Digital Analyst to generate detailed report on YouTube performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Implement strategies to grow subscriber count, enhance audience interaction, and increase overall channel engagement.
Stay informed on YouTubes algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to maintain and improve channel performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in YouTube strategy, management and content optimization.
Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels and increasing video views.
Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Keyword Anywhere) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Trends, Aherfs)
Experience in creating and optimizing content for YouTube with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
Familiarity with web3 and blockchain.
Good knowledge on content creation platforms (e.g., YouTube, Tikok, Instagram) and content creation niche.
Experience with extreme sports audiences or a genuine passion for extreme sports is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in different time zones in a remote setting.
