YouTube Coordinator (Lithuanian based)

As part of Hostinger's YouTube team, you'll be responsible for coordinating video production flow and assisting video content creators to take our content to the next level. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with video content creators, video editors, content strategists & scriptwriters. This role is highly operational and requires close collaboration between different team members.Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Laura Baločkaitė, YouTube Team Lead. Your day-to-day Plan & coordinate video production roadmap for 5 YouTube channels, oversee upload schedule and deadlines.Communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth production flow.Have regular meetings & workshops with video content creators to facilitate ideation, problem-solving, and new video content production strategies.Assist with needed tools, video set-ups, organize photoshoots, b-rolls, and manage creative assets libraries.Help build & maintain a cohesive visual identity for our YouTube channels.Manage and update various team guidelines and production processes.Assist video QA (quality assurance) process by closely reviewing our videos and suggesting improvements to build engagement and maintain visual identity. Your skills and experience Project management & coordination.Excellent communication skills, experience with remote teams, and collaboration.Hands-on approach, great organizational skills, proactivityUnderstanding of video production / creative processes.Experience with the technical side of video production (cameras, lights, or editing software) is a great advantage.Experience with YouTube is a great advantage.
