We operate two established coaching brands: Kate Langford Career Consulting (KLCC) — specialising in career change, confidence, interviews, and job strategy. Kate Langford Business Coaching (KLBC) — supporting business founders with focus, structure, marketing, and growth. Across both brands, we have 700+ YouTube videos containing years of valuable content from training, live sessions, podcasts, Q&A, and educational clips. We are now looking for a high-level content expert who can take this massive library and turn it into strategic, high-impact marketing assets across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, email, and our funnels. What We’re Looking For We need someone who can: Audit and categorise our existing 700+ videos Identify top-performing themes, topics, and content pillars Optimise our YouTube channel(s) for growth Repurpose long videos into short-form content (reels, shorts, clips) Create a strategic content plan for both brands Build evergreen video funnels for lead generation Suggest ways to reuse older videos for new campaigns Manage scheduling + posting across our social platforms Improve thumbnails, titles, tags, and descriptions Provide monthly reporting and recommendations We want someone who thinks strategically, not just edits videos. Someone who can understand our audience and turn raw content into high-converting digital assets. Ideal Experience You must have: Proven experience in YouTube growth Strong knowledge of content repurposing Ability to identify hooks, highlights, and high-engagement content Experience with service-based or coaching-style brands Understanding of SEO, video structure, and storytelling Familiarity with short-form content trends and algorithms Ability to work with large content libraries Strong organisational systems Bonus if you understand: Career coaching, business coaching, leadership content Funnels and digital marketing strategy AI tools for bulk repurposing Apply tot his job
