SNAP Flag Football seeks an ultra-organized, solutions-oriented professional to support our youth sports organization. As the main admin and executive Assistant to the CEO, you will streamline operations, implement new initiatives, coordinate with the team, and drive strategic priorities from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee major projects across all facets of the business – from marketing campaigns to season schedules and more. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely follow-through and organizational effectiveness.
• Anticipate needs, offer solutions, and take ownership of critical business functions. Identify issues and solve problems.
• Manage relationships and communications with sponsors, partners, contractors, parents, coaches, referees and more.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, accountability and integrity.
• Put the experience of the children in the program as the central priority of all work done.

Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in an administrative role for a league or sports organization
• Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail

• Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and ownership

Coach Genevieve, a local resident with deep roots in the area, has decades of experience designing, initiating, implementing, and directing a wide range of sports and enrichment programs. In 2020, she started the first ALL GIRLS League in Michigan, showcasing her dedication to inclusivity and empowerment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

• Weekends as needed
