ADLINK is seeking an Account Growth Manager to join their Strategic Growth Team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding accounts, driving incremental revenue, and optimizing internal processes. You will focus on identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty while driving business growth.
Requirements
ā¢ Develop new customers to increase overall market coverage, penetration, and share the key of end-user accounts.
ā¢ Analyze client accounts to identify areas where additional products or services can be introduced to meet client needs.
ā¢ Ability to hunt new accounts/contacts using any tool.
ā¢ Interact with customers by introducing product line recommendations and ADLINK upcoming technology solutions.
ā¢ Regularly conduct daily conference calls and emails with customers to deliver product information and discover new opportunities.
ā¢ Pursue sales leads, conduct customer MS Teams meeting, respond to more complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery times within stated targets.
ā¢ Conduct new product introduction meetings with customer.
ā¢ Build relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure needs are met and address account problems, concerns, and/or suggestions.
ā¢ Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Maintains current records within SalesForce.com in accordance with company policies and expectations.
ā¢ Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
ā¢ Track weekly and monthly sales region forecasts and maintain your sales pipeline.
ā¢ Utilizes sales tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. in daily sales & retention workflow.
ā¢ Meet established goals for product sales and drive initiatives outlined in the Sales Process and team goals.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
