We’re looking for a highly motivated Renewals Manager to join our EMEA team, focused on our Education customers. This role is centred on proactive outbound engagement, helping customers transition to one of Zoom Workplace for Education Bundles through consultative, value-led conversations. Work from the comfort of your own home Comprehensive healthcare benefit for you and your dependents Mental wellbeing programs for you and your dependents Competitive time off and vacation policy Thriving workplace culture centered on caring, diversity, and inclusion What You’ll Do Drive proactive customer engagement Own outbound engagement across a defined Education Book of Business (EMEA) Deliver high-volume daily calling, with clear expectations on minimum connected calls per day Build momentum through consistent follow-ups and structured outreach Owns the commercial conversation and offerings for direct & indirect customers- this includes ability to quote in Salesforce Lead value-based conversations Use playbooks and messaging frameworks to guide discussions Shift the narrative from price to value, outcomes and ROI Understand customer needs and position Zoom Workplace for Education Bundles accordingly Convert conversations into pipeline Turn engagement into qualified Renewal Manager Accepted Leads (RMALs) Meet minimum conversion targets from connected calls to RMALs Ensure every opportunity is clearly defined within Salesforce Execute with operational excellence Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC) Submit all leads with complete, actionable notes within SLA Track activity, performance and conversion metrics consistently Collaborate to win Partner with Renewal Managers and Account Executives Share insights to continuously improve messaging, playbooks and customer approach What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving daily connected call targets Strong conversion rates from calls to RMALs High-quality, actionable pipeline creation Demonstrating a consultative, value-first mindset in every interaction What You Bring Confident communicator with a willingness to learn Resilient and motivated in a high-activity, outbound environment Coachable, with a positive attitude and openness to feedback Organised, with good attention to detail in CRM and admin tasks Eager to build skills in consultative, value-based selling Requirements Fluent English (essential) Additional European languages (desirable) Experience working across EMEA markets (preferred) Based in the Philippines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Renewals experience (preferred) Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
