About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily operations in the San Francisco office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, Real Estate & Workplace for office improvements and furniture installations.
• Meet with internal and cross-functional partners for project alignment, especially with Physical Security and IT teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with office vendors and building management.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the building, managing support tickets and internal Workplace Support Portal tickets.
• Monitor office expenditure against budgets and authorize site-related invoices in the procurement system.
• Educate employees about office policies and procedures, maintaining the SF Office Guide, and coordinating in-office events.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office employees and leadership.
• Oversee a part-time workplace contractor for daily office management.
• Travel domestically to the Seattle coworking office on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
• 5+ years of office management, workplace, or facilities experience with a focus on employee experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack; experience with Envoy, Notion, Coupa, Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors on infrastructure projects or technical installations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of personal initiative and reliability.
• Hospitality-oriented with exceptional customer-service skills.
