Working Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor for our warehouse cleaning team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Supervision: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
Ā Daily Operations: Plan and coordinate daily cleaning activities, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules.
Ā Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; address any issues promptly.
Ā Training: Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
Ā Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Ā Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations; promote a culture of safety among team members.
Ā Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities align with warehouse operations.
Ā Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage; report any incidents or issues to management.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial cleaning environment.
Ā Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Ā Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to lift and move heavy objects; must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
Ā Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
Ā Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
Hours: Must be flexible as the warehouse is open 24 hours and do run 3 shifts
Pay: $21.00-$21.00
