Role Overview
As a Working Student Community Growth at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for growing our student community by empowering our existing students to become ambassadors of our mission. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.
Youll build strong relationships with our inspiring learners all across DACH and Europe, set up and lead impactful initiatives, and help make referrals a core growth channel for us while building an amazing network for yourself! Win-win!
What youll do:
Referral Strategy Development: Planning and developing referral programs that align with ToU goals and the needs of the target audience.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage programs, coordinating the design and delivery phase end-to-end.
Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of programs using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, etc. to optimize programs.
Trend Monitoring: Regularly analyzing current referral trends to create relevant and innovative programs.
Community Management: Interacting with the target audience to build a loyal community and respond to feedback.
Requirements
Desired Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field at Tomorrow University.
Internship experience in (growth) marketing or project management. Experience in a startup environment is of benefit.
OR Proven initiative in developing ones ideas autonomously. This can be your own newsletter, social media account, or business.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You can inspire people with your passion for transforming education.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies. You are full of ideas and a force in executing them.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
