Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:Drive workforce planning processes – By providing insights and analytics to align with strategic business objectives, especially critical during our scale-up phase.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance – To identify workforce needs and proactively address gaps or opportunities.Develop and enhance the labour cost model – To ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and controlling of personnel expenses.Perform regular analysis and reporting – On labour cost drivers, highlighting insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.Support compensation processes – Including annual salary reviews, job levelling, and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.Participate in benefits administration – By managing vendor relationships and supporting employee inquiries and communications.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Does this sound like you?3-4 years of relevant experience – In workforce planning and labour cost management within a structured HR department.Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes – With the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling functions.Proven ability to interpret numbers – Within the broader context of business priorities, team dynamics, and organisational design.Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills – To deliver actionable insights.Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across functions with a strong cooperative and collaborative attitude.A passion for fintech, digital innovation, and user experience – To contribute to our mission of shaping the future of money.Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
