Workforce Rep Sr (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: 100% Remote (based in Plymouth, MN)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour
Type: 6-Months (potential to convert!)

Overview:
Join one of the nation's top healthcare organizations to support workforce operations for the NYC Health + Hospitals. You'll play a critical role in forecasting call volumes, scheduling staff, and ensuring service level targets are met within a high-volume contact center environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and manage long-term, mid-term, and daily forecasting & scheduling plans
• Use WFM tools (NICE InContact CXone preferred) to simulate staffing and capacity needs
• Build operational reports using Excel (pivot tables, graphs, performance dashboards)
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure performance metrics and service levels are met
• Conduct load balancing and analyze business drivers for staffing strategies

Must-Have Skills:
• 2+ years Excel (pivot tables, reports, graphs)
• 1+ year WFM forecasting/scheduling in contact centers
• Clear communication and ability to work with leadership
• Experience with both part-time and full-time scheduling

Nice-to-Haves:
• 2+ years WFM experience
• Knowledge of NICE InContact CXone
• Experience in 24/7 multi-skilled call centers
