At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users while continually evolving ourselves.What We're Looking For We’re looking for a Workday HCM analyst who will be working closely with various stakeholders such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, IT, and Finance Systems teams, looking after Workday HCM setup, architecture, and designing in- and outbound integrations. Key responsibilities:Support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Workday platform across various modules, such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent&Performance. You’ll closely collaborate with the HR team, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure Workday is aligned with business needs.Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting in Workday, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.Participate in Workday releases by assessing impact, testing, and implementing new features.Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.Support in EIB Loads.Support in change management.Assist in Workday projects, including module rollouts, process improvement and reporting.Configure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, and integrations.Required skills:2–3 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role.Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting).
