We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and support enterprise-scale implementations.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials
• Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration
• Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, Integration, Security)
• PMP, TOGAF, or cloud certifications
