Workday Reporting Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting professional to design, develop, and maintain complex reports across our HCM and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise building Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, as well as creating calculated fields, custom report data sources, and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering reporting requirements from business users, translating them into scalable Workday solutions, and ensuring data accuracy across payroll, benefits, compensation, general ledger, accounts payable, and budget-to-actuals reporting. A key function of this role involves developing and managing Business Intelligence and Trending Reports (BITRs) to support historical data analysis, trend identification, and longitudinal reporting needs across workforce metrics, financial performance, and operational KPIs. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and integrating report outputs with downstream systems is highly desirable.
