Job Title: Workday Procurement Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (Must be able to work PST hours)
Duration: 5 Months Contract (Potential Extension)
Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Procurement Business Analyst to support internal projects related to Workday Procurement and Supplier Connections. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday functional expertise, project management capabilities, and testing experience to help manage project timelines, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful project delivery.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project teams, and procurement teams to support Workday implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Work as a Business Analyst supporting Workday Procurement initiatives.
• Support projects related to Workday Supplier Connections and Supplier Onboarding.
• Assist with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvements and implementations within Workday.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Develop, manage, and maintain test scripts and testing documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, system testing, and defect tracking.
• Track and report testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
• Utilize Smartsheet or similar tools for project tracking and test management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst at a major organization.
• Strong Workday experience, including:
• Workday implementations
• Testing and validation
• Supplier Onboarding & Supplier Connections
• Experience with Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Experience creating, managing, and reporting test scripts.
• Experience coordinating testing activities and tracking test progress.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project/test management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Technology or Media industry.
• Experience setting up Smartsheet for enterprise PMO functions.
