About Our Client: For more than two decades, our client has been a pioneer in providing top-tier data center solutions. Known for their exceptional service and innovative technology, they have achieved continuous year-over-year growth. As they expand their capabilities, they are looking for a Workday Manager to enhance their application usage and business process performance.
Position: Workday Manager
Location: Remote - must be in EST or CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Functional Roadmaps: Collaborate with the VP Business Support Systems and functional leaders to complete and maintain functional roadmaps, review vendor release, and roadmap materials.
Application & Business Process Enhancements: Scope, plan, and execute approved application enhancement projects and configuration changes.
System Standards: Develop and implement Workday and Adaptive Insights support specifications and procedures in line with ISO27001:2013 standards for system availability, confidentiality, and security.
User Support: Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for Workday and Adaptive Insights, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Application Usage Monitoring: Conduct monthly analysis and reporting on Workday application usage and support performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in Workday Financials and Human Capital Management implementation or two or more years of Workday HCM and Financials administration experience.
At least two years of people management experience, including managing cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
Proven experience in Information Technology project management methodologies, with a track record of successfully completing various IT enhancement projects using different project delivery models.
US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.
