HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Workday Lead Technical Consultant with EIB / Lead Consultant to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. • Job Title: Workday Lead Technical Consultant with EIB / Lead Consultant • Job ID: 44273 • Position Type: Full-Time Employment • Location: Rahway, New Jersey, USA or Fully Remote (USA) Workday Lead Technical Consultant with EIB / Lead Consultant Job Summary Responsible for providing expertise in Workday (Technical) Workday Studio and Workday (Technical) EIB, the Lead Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering technical solutions and support within the Workday environment. The position entails working on enhancements, integrations, and configurations to meet business requirements efficiently. Job Description: • Workday Onshore Developer Studio Orchestration • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio and Orchestration tools. • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and security standards in all integrations. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing integrations to ensure smooth operations. • Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality, scalable, and efficient integration solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize workday studio integrations to streamline data flows and support business processes. • Design, build, and maintain EIB (enterprise interface builder) solutions for data migration and system integration. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for technical solutions and provide recommendations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the workday environment, ensuring system stability. • Conduct testing and validation of workday configurations to guarantee system functionality. • Stay updated on workday platform updates and recommend best practices for system optimization. Skill Requirements: • Proficient in Workday (technical) Workday Studio for designing and implementing integrations. • Experience in creating and managing Workday (technical) EIB configurations for data management. • Strong understanding of workday data structures and reporting functionalities. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the workday ecosystem. • Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. • Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively. • Workday Extend / Workday Extend Developer / Workday Extend Development • Workday Orchestration • Workday Studio Certifications: • Workday Studio and EIB certifications are preferred. Additional requirements: • Design, develop, and maintain Workday apps using Extend • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Orchestration and Studio • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and security standards in all integrations. • Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. Compensation And Benefits A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
