Workday Department Analyst, Level II

Job Description:
• Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Workday projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules across modules such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
• Create and coordinate detailed test scenarios and cases with functional and technical teams.
• Drive testing activities from kickoff through all phases to closure while ensuring defined entry and exit criteria are met.
• Oversee defect management processes from identification through resolution.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, results, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
• Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
• Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
• Develop special reports and recommendations.
• Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or a related field and two years of statistical analysis experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
• Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills
• Workday knowledge
• Microsoft applications experience
• Strong collaboration, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• PMO testing methodologies including manual and automated testing, functional, integration, and UAT
• Experience with Work Front and Jira
