Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyondImplementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiativesAs a Workday Adaptive + Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to: Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Adaptive Planning, by documenting current state vs. future state requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration Scope design requirements, configure system requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new systemExperience with configurations of structures, planning sheets (standard, modeled, and cube), web-based reports, and Office ConnectCreate presentations that effectively inform and influence clientsWork collaboratively with team mem­bers to achieve agreed upon time­lines for report­ing deliverablesPrioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectationsActively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practiceWe’re looking for someone with: 2+ years of Workday experience implementing Workday Adaptive Insights and other workstreamsStrong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspectiveAbility to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingCreativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within Adaptive Planning with a demonstrated knowledge of configuration preferredExperience as a lead consultant on Workday Adaptive projects a plusCurrent certifications in Workday preferredPrevious consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner idealExperience deploying multiple Workday projects simultaneously a plusPay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location.
