WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DISPATCHER:
• Daily scheduling, routing, and monitoring of service technicians
• Daily contact with technicians, customer service reps, and customers
• Deliver calls scripts with an authentic cadence; by being transparent, compelling, and personable when speaking with customers
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information

AS A DISPATCHER YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment
• Ability to establish rapport with technicians.
• Ability to utilize common-sense understanding in order to carry out written and oral instructions.
• Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU OFFER AS AN EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience required
• Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
• Ability to show empathy and be a people person
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for problem resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• Strong team player
