As an Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in curating exceptional trips for leisure clients across the globe. This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion for helping others and enjoys the excitement of planning. You will be responsible for conducting research and facilitating the booking process for clients, covering various aspects including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and event ticket sales.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their preferences and needs
• Recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, dates, estimated costs, and accommodation options
• Arrange and book transportation, lodging, insurance, and other relevant services
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry updates
• Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• Strong communication skills are essential, with a background in sales being a significant advantage
• Possession of a smartphone with internet access is mandatory. While having a laptop is recommended, it is not a strict requirement
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory
