Key Responsibilities
• Check voicemail multiple times a day and call back within appropriate time
• Send intake form via email
• Schedule clients
• Organize files in Google Drive
• Send follow up emails as needed
• Send reminders
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
• Platforms:
• Google Suite

Requirements
• Knowledge / experience with a clinical psychologist (a plus)
• Bilingual, English and Spanish (a plus)
• High emotional intelligence
• Very professional
• Good grammar and ability to write
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• 5 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
• Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
