ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Through knowledge of the acquisition of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills Understanding of social studies standards and coursework Technology literate with the ability to lead and support the meaningful integration of technology into daily instruction Provide professional leadership in curriculum design and instructional delivery for all students Communicate effectively with district staff Support and enhance the development of student assessments Comply with all district policies, rules, and regulations Facilitate staff training and the implementation of English Language Arts and social studies curriculum Provide staff leadership to ensure the understanding and support of educational goals in the district through collaboration with teachers Provide staff leadership in ways that the curriculum can be adjusted through scaffolding, differentiation, modification, and accommodation to meet the special learning needs of all children PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
