This is a remote position but candidates must live within our territory
 *Training Requirement: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm for first 5+ weeks. After training, scheduled work hours will take place which will include one weekend day.
We currently have seasonal openings to support our busy season. This is a great way to earn income and work from home! You will also get great exposure and training about AAA and our prestigious Travel program and products. We frequently have full-time openings in our growing Travel Contact Center, so this is the perfect opportunity to make an impression for future consideration.

What you will be doing:
 ÂServe clients by selling various travel products offered by the Agency. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required. Exposure to International destinations is expected.
 ÂMeet or exceed established sales quota.
 ÂPrepare and issue invoices related to retail travel sales. With assistance, satisfactorily handle refunds and complaints according to policy.
 ÂFamiliarity and, with assistance, capable of operating applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.
 ÂComply with all ARC regulations and Mid-Atlantic policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.
 ÂFamiliarity with and, with minimal assistance, capable of utilizing ARC Agent's Handbook and standard travel reference material for airline, rail, hotel/resort, etc. information to efficiently and effectively accommodate Agency clients.
What we need from you:
 ÂHigh School diploma or equivalent.
 ÂPrevious experience as an AAA Travel Counselor or at least 12 to 18 months of retail experience or travel sales.
 ÂKnowledge of an automated airline reservation system preferred.
 ÂSatisfactory employment screening results.
