Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: (55,000.00 to )105,000.00 annually plus bonus. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of People Leadership Call Center Experience
• Consistent track record of leading diverse teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience
• Innovative leader with change management skills and a growth mindset

Education Requirements
• Relevant degree preferred but not mandatory

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in people leadership and operational management
• Experience in leading teams of 10 - 15 employees is preferred
