 Abides by the merchandising philosophy and adheres to the established procedures and standards in place
 Accurately handles and readies goods for retail display based on company standards and procedures
 Begins and partakes in store recovery as required throughout the day
 Follows all organizational, tidiness, and restoration standards for the sales floor and takes part in preserving the cleanliness of the entire store
 Gives and accepts continual recognition and positive critique
 Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and operational procedures
 Backs and actively takes part in store objectives to minimize shrinkage
 Involves oneself in promoting the importance of safety and preserving a secure environment
 Engages in other assignments as directed
