As a pivotal member of our Admissions team, the Regional Admissions Recruiter will be instrumental in attracting and guiding prospective students through the acceptance process. This role is tailored for candidates located in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region and entails the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies across designated territories. Responsibilities will encompass organizing and conducting recruitment travel, stimulating inquiries and applications, and establishing meaningful connections with key stakeholders involved in the college search journey. This position is remote and may require occasional night travel.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage in all facets of the College's off-campus recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee a dynamic travel itinerary for your assigned geographic area, incorporating both in-state and out-of-state student recruitment.
• Plan and participate in high school and career & technical education center visits, classroom presentations, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment events.
• Nurture relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other influential figures in the college admission process.
• Deliver compelling presentations to groups of prospective students and their supporters off campus.
• Monitor and analyze data to assess progress towards enrollment objectives.
• Provide comprehensive follow-up support to prospective students and their supporters through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with campus departments to ensure the flow of necessary information to convert inquiries into applicants.
• Stay informed about Admissions policies and recommend necessary revisions.
• Maintain knowledge of the College’s matriculation process beyond admissions, including financial aid and new student advising.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in college admissions or related fields such as marketing, sales, customer service, human services, or education is preferred.
• Previous travel and recruitment experience within the designated region is preferred.
• Experience with remote work is favored.

Compensation And Benefits
