Work hours may fluctuate based on seasonal demands, and a remote work option is available following an initial training phase.
Key Responsibilities
 Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger (GL), adhering to GAAP standards.
 Generate customized financial reports as required.
 Manage time effectively across various tasks, ensuring timely and efficient updates.
 Attend in-person meetings 2-4 times per month to review updates and discuss progress.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential (certification is preferred but not mandatory).
 Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
 Capacity to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
 A detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.
 Previous experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, rest homes, or assisted living centers is advantageous.
 Familiarity with government grants and funding processes related to these facilities is highly regarded.
