HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends.
 Required Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
 * Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
 * Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
