workwarp is actively recruiting for the role of Remote Interviewer / Recruiting Assistant! We offer a flexible, hybrid Remote arrangement for this position. We manage their applicant tracking systems, interviewing process, and their recruitment strategies, so all thatÂs left for the company to do is make the final hiring decision. Position Type:
 Part-time to Full-time (Fully Remote)
 Availability to work until 6:00pm ET or later
 Minimum of 3 days, 24 hours per week
Pay Type: $11/hr - $12/hr, commensurate with experience

 Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
 Skilled in typing, using a personal computer, and a cell phone
 Ability to multitask and work well on a remote team
 Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
 Adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic
 Self-starter, initiator
 Customer Service skills
 Professional demeanor with clients and candidates
 Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities:
 Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
 Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews for posted positions
 Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
 Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
 Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary
 Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
 Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
 Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
 Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)
 Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
 All other duties as assigned
