Key Responsibilities
 Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts.
 Ensure the accuracy of client profile information.
 Process online bidder approvals effectively.
 Update client information, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests.
 Maintain and organize mailing list data entries.
 Handle bidder/show cards and confirm sales tax details from bidder cards.
 Manage client survey responses.
 Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Required Skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
 Exceptional multitasking abilities with a strong emphasis on detail.
 A positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
 A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry is required.
 Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
 Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
